Book has a bit of shelfwear to the heel of the spine and bottom edge of the rear board and the pasted down paper affixed to the inside of the front board has a crack along the spine. All pages are tight to the binding and pages are clean. Author's name, address and the Library of Congress card catalog at stamped on the copyright page. Plastic slipcover has a small hole at the base of the rear board, else clean. Signed with the dedication "With all best wishes and Much aloha." by Lai. First edition, first printing. Scarce.
